The Toddler Bed

Wesley is officially a toddler bed sleeper...well, at night anyhow. He's still not doing so well for nap time so we're keeping him in the crib for now. His naps are way too important to really mess with at this point so, we thought we'd just start off slowly. Is it the right way to do it? I don't know, but I guess really it's the way we think works best so that makes it right for us...and it's working, so that helps. :) He's been in that bed 2 nights in a row and we haven't had a single problem. No having to go back in and put him back in bed or anything. So we'll go with that for now and see what happens.

My kid may be a little weird

But he loves beets! Which is okay by me. (He also loves juice and grilled cheese sandwiches as you'll see too!)

I have a good excuse!

Don't you love it when people start off with that statement? I know I do! But really this time I do!

For some reason lately every time I try to use our card reader to upload photos it kept telling me I needed to reformat my card. I was not about to do that for fear of losing all of my photos! And there are plenty on there. Anyhow, so I took photos yesterday of a very important first, and naturally tried uploading again tonight, and what do you know! It just decided that tonight was my lucky night and that it would upload my photos! Yay! So, without further adieu I give you:

Babies first hair cut (yes, he's 21 months old...hush!)

The Before (see that mini mullet in the back?)

during. this kid was zoned the whole time she was combing his head!

I think this was the hardest part for me for some reason.

finished product just driving his police car :)

it looks a little crooked in the pictures, but I promise its a cow lick. He's got his mommy's hairline apparently!
