Walking boy

Okay, so it's a bit wobbly, and his pants are too long so he doesn't stay up very long...but my baby boy is learning to walk! I can't get over the fact that he's a walker now!!

It's a good day to be excited about life

For 2 reasons:

First, tonight I'm having my very first scrapbooking party with the ladies from my church. Ladies nights with them are always so much fun, but I just think this one is going to top them all because we're going to get creative and make pretty things. And oh man do I have a lot to scrapbook about!

Second, I got these through my etsy email and can't wait to receive the package in the real mail!!

I can't believe my baby boy is already about to turn 1! It's so cliché I know, but he's growing up way too fast! He even started walking on Monday! I'm trying to get a video of it, but every time he sees the camera he drops to his knees and crawls to try an steal it from me! He's still quite wobbly, but getting so much better every day! I blame it all on those Haling kids! :) Every time we see them they teach Wesley something new! Darn them for making my baby boy smarter every time he sees them! haha Obviously I'm only kidding, because I love to see how he interacts with them. Wesley sure does love both Kaitlyn and Miles, and they show every time I see them just how great they are going to be with their new baby brother Trevor!

Speaking of Trevor, just an update. I haven't heard from Jill since I got home yesterday, but Wednesday night he was doing so well! They took the tube out and Jon and Jill both got to have some snuggle time, FINALLY! :) Praise God! Continue to pray for him that his throat heals from the tube being there so long and that he begins to eat well. The sooner that happens, the sooner he can go home! What a blessing that baby boy already is!

Okay, now off to play with my handsome little man before his naptime comes!

little Juliet we've prayed for you for so long and you're finally here! I knew hoped that you were a little miss from the start and your mommy prayed that you would look like her! (I don't know if you've realized this yet, but your brother is the spitting image of your daddy!) Well sweet baby girl, it looks like we all got what we hoped for in you! You look just like your mommy...and what a beautiful mommy she is! I hope you realize that God made you so beautiful from the day of your conception, and from there on you have always and will always be the most beautiful you! I hope that we'll always make you feel that way! Welcome to our world sweet niece. I can't wait to get my hands on you and love on you!! You're a blessing to all of our lives!!
