And so it goes...

And so it goes...

It takes her a while, but she gets there. Apparently at this point she'd already seen the bibs that said"I love grandma" and "i love grandpa"

I love this picture! look how happy they are! It's their first grandchild!
when she called me. I really expected a call at like 5, but didn't get one until like 630!

These are the shirts Rita designed and I made. Mammy and Pappy, apparently that's what we're going to call them!

And here's the back of the shirt. Cute! Right?
So, it's been a really exciting night in the Goebel home. We talked to both sets of parents, Derek's brother and sister, and our entire bible study, mostly! It's so fun to tell people when you're expecting a child! Words can't describe it. And to see the looks on my parents face just makes it that much more amazing! :) I can't wait to update you on all the goings on as the pregnancy progresses!!

I don't know if you can tell or not but I got it colored a little to. It's not drastic, but I love it! Can I just say that I've never liked my hair as much as I do right now?!
Well, there is more that I could say, but I think I'll save that for another day....maybe it won't be so long between posts this time! :)
This is a night that I just need to worship God. Sometimes I don't understand Him or His ways, but I just have to trust, throw up my hands in surrender, and worship Him with my life. I tell Him over and over that my life is in His hands, but when things don't turn out the way I want, I doubt that He is truly watching out for me. God, I trust that you know what you're doing. I know that nothing in my life has caught you off guard yet. I trust that you know what you're doing, you're ways are not mine, and I thank you for that! God help me to do what you are blessing and to be a person deserving of your love!
Yesterday was my 24th birthday, and it was a great one! I've been going over to a girls house to help her take care of her two newborn twins while she gets some rest. I love going and playing with those little boys. They are just so precious! Anyhow, I also had my normal physical therapy appointment which sucked, but what better thing to do on your birthday than to get better!!!
